GENERAL RETURNS
Bellgatti-branded products may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer law. Customers generally have 14 days after receiving an order to notify Bellgatti that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.
To start a return, please contact Bellgatti at Info@bellgatti.com before sending the item back. After notifying us of the return, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
Products must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact, except where handling is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Unless Bellgatti confirms otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. If your return is eligible, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
DESIGNER BRAND RETURNS
Designer products sold by Bellgatti may be fulfilled through an external luxury distribution partner.
Please contact Bellgatti before returning a designer item. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order. Designer items must not be returned to our general return address unless Bellgatti has confirmed this in advance.
